Obvious, but: this is especially poignant because they weren’t on speaking terms at the time. I mean John prettied himself up and had been on his way back to Sherlock when he was abducted, but I don’t think Sherlock knew about that. The last words John said to him before this moment appear to have been “Fuck off.” And Sherlock accepted that.
You may not want me in your life anymore, John Watson, but there’s no way I’m going to let you die.
Moving out of the apartment
This is, without a doubt, the saddest photo I have ever seen in my ENTIRE LIFE.
I SWEAR THIS IS THE FUCKING FUNNIEST THING IN LES MIS AND NO ONE TALKS ABOUT IT
'The person I'm crazy over doesn't like me'
'Get some new pants to show your legs off I know the best store'
'OMIGOD HOW MUCH?'
That one time doctor who got the filming SO DAMN RIGHT
This is one of the best episodes of television ever written. I’ve had so many people agree with me that it doesn’t matter if you think Doctor Who is complete shit - everyone needs to watch this episode. It speaks volumes about what it really means to live with actual depression and anxiety and the incredible weight that is to bear and the love we need to have for each other and the importance of every single moment. Every child needs to watch this episode. It is so important.
i hate when people complain about how technology is “ruining everything.” i have over 200 pictures of my dog on my phone and i can send them to my friends when they are sad. how is that ruining anything. why do you hate happiness
